After the last hurricane I called Proof to inspect my grandmother's roof for potential damage. They were prompt and took the time to explain everything they checked to her thoroughly. Thankfully they confirmed there was no damage and no need for repairs. The transparency was refreshing. Definaly reaching out again if anything else comes up!
Let's face it, roofing and appliance repair is not where you readily encounter honest, prompt, and friendly service. Let me tell ya, I found the exception when I called Will @ Proof Roofing. This project was one I had to get done remotely from Florida, which increased the challenge. The first test was trying to time the examination and job because I'm that guy that needs to talk to the guy I'm fixing to trust my largest investment with, and at the same time, need to make sure the price of fair. I'm also an old guy who's been around the block enough to know about what the job should cost and can set a point when I should be alarmed. Will called me each time he said he would, sent the proposal when he said he would, kept me up to date as the process progressed, and was on the money with what he said. The cost was right in line, the crew operated like a well-oiled machine, they cleaned up as the job was being done, and the job was done exactly when and as well as was promised. I can't say enough about these guys. Service like this is really hard to find these days. I just need to figure out how to get them to move to Florida whenever the roof here needs to be done. I sold that house to my daughter and new son-in-law, so the job being done soundly was and is very important to me. Thanks to Will and Proof Roofing for helping me sleep soundly at night.

I whole-heartedly recommend Proof Roofing. I was having my house painted, and the painters discovered that the roof had been leaking for quite awhile. I had previously suspected problems but my insurance company inspected twice and claimed there were no issues. I contacted Will Razo at Proof, who came out immediately. He inspected the roof, and found several problem areas. He then worked directly with my insurance company, and convinced them to replace the entire roof with higher quality shingles than were originally used. i took the day off & witnessed the roofers organized & working together. By 9:30am the roof was off and being prepped for the new shingles. By noon, they were installing the shingles. The work was amazing! My wife was very surprised to leave for work Thursday morning and come home that evening to find the roof finished with the roofers preparing to leave. We give them 10 stars.
Proof roofing is a company that I would recommend to repair or replace your roof. They met with my insurance adjuster, showed him the damage, and got my roof approved. They showed up on the scheduled day and were on time. They replaced my roof in one day including clean up. Answered all of my questions and were very professional through the whole process. My roof looks great and we are very pleased with the outstanding job proof roofing did for us.

Will was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His crew did several of my neighbor’s homes and inspected my roof for free after a bad storm. Luckily I did not need a replacement yet but I’m looking forward to using Proof Roofing when the time comes!
Good morning! It’s been quite a while since Will and his team replaced my roof (10/20/2022), and I am still very impressed with how it turned out. I did some research about which roofing company to choose and a friend recommended Will. Appointment was seamless and after a full inspection of my roof, he felt confidence that my homeowner insurance should cover the replacement because 1) wind damage causing a few shingles to peel off 2) discontinued shingles. I told insurance company there’s wind damage and Will was able to meet the inspector/adjuster assigned by the insurance company while the inspector is measuring and checking my roof. I wasn’t there. Insurance company moved along with replacing my roof and used exactly the same reasons Will said to me at the beginning. There’s a little hiccup caused by me: I wanted to use the shingles that are listed by insurance due to its high wind resistance/grade/safety quality so my insurance bill would go down more after the replacement, however the initial shingles I chose is not on the list. This was two days before the replacement and I called Will. He carries other shingles that are on the list and came with sample shingles for me to pick. And he was able to have a quick delivery of all shingles newly selected plus the dumpster truck. I did have a satellite on my old roof and they had to take it down for new roof replacement. Will took care of the small expense of satellite replacement and installment. Thanks for all the good work!

When a bad hail storm damaged my roof, I was unsure about who to call. After seeing so many good reviews, I decided to call Proof Roofing Services. I spoke with Will on the phone. He was so professional, helpful, and accommodating. He knew the answers to all of my questions concerning insurance policies and new roof installment. For the actual roof inspection and installation, the guys were all so friendly and worked quickly, but efficiently. My roof looks great and Proof Roofing truly made this a stress-free experience. Will and his crew did a phenomenal job with replacing my entire roof. Not only are the guys with Proof Roofing Services hard workers, but they have integrity as well. One of the crew members accidentally broke a part of my storm door. I noticed, but didn’t mention it because it was only a $13 dollar part that I would have to purchase. Even though I never said a single word about it, they fixed it before leaving. Every nail, shingle, etc was cleaned up from off of my lawn as well. Having a hardworking and trust worthy crew is priceless!
The company that repaired my parents’ roof was done exceptionally well and the men were very professional. I appreciated that they were punctual every day and made sure we were satisfied even weeks after the repair. The owner called to make sure there were no problems and said we could call them any time in case we were not satisfied. I highly recommend this company.
